Charity Raffle Terms and Conditions

Organizer

• The raffle is organized by Buff Urban Day Spa located at 22-24 Station Road, Taunton, TA11NL

Purpose

• All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Compass Wellbeing Facilited by Compass Disability Services to support their charitable activities.

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Buff Urban Day Spa are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• Raffle tickets can be purchased at Buff Urban Day Spa during the promotion period.
• Each ticket costs £1 and represents one entry into the raffle.

Raffle Period

• The raffle opens on 2nd December 2025 and closes on 24th December 2025 at  12:00
• No entries will be accepted after the closing date.

Draw Date and Winner Notification

• The raffle draw will take place on 24/12/2025 at Buff Urban Day Spa.
• Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours after the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days an alternative winner may be drawn.

Prizes

• Prizes are as described at the point of ticket sale.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Use of Personal Data

• Personal data collected for the raffle will only be used for the purposes of administering the raffle and contacting winners.
• Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

• Buff Urban Day Spa accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or the use of prizes.

General

• By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
