Delivery Information
If you have paid for your purchase(s) via credit or debit card, and this has been successfully processed, we will immediately dispatch your order. In the vast majority of cases, this means your order will be sent on either the day it is received or the next working day.
Temporarily out of stock items
If, on the extremely rare occasions, we receive payment for goods that are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to inform you immediately.
